LEGAL PROTOCOL // DOC_ID: T-8829

Terms & Conditions

Operational framework, acceptable use guidelines, data governance standards, and service agreements governing all interactions with the Discord Server Management System (DSMS) platform and Sentinel automated moderation network.

EFFECTIVE: AUGUST 14, 2026
PROTOCOL VERSION: v2.4.0
GOVERNANCE: TACTICAL SYS STANDARDS
ALL PROTOCOLS ACTIVE & ENFORCED
01

Acceptance of Terms

By authenticating, linking a Discord guild, accessing the DSMS dashboard, or deploying the Sentinel bot client, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization or community, you represent and warrant that you possess full administrative authority to bind that entity to these provisions.

BINDING PROTOCOL
Continued utilization of DSMS services after any protocol revision constitutes complete acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately remove the DSMS client bot and disconnect all active authorization tokens.
02

Scope of Service

DSMS provides high-performance server administration, telemetry analytics, member moderation tools, public request forms, and automated security controls for Discord communities. Key system elements include:

  • Sentinel Shield: Automated content toxicity filtering, anti-spam heuristics, raid prevention, and automated enforcement actions.
  • Telemetry & War Room: Real-time event streams, audit logging, member activity statistics, and guild metrics aggregation.
  • Administrative Controls: Custom role permissioning, form portals, channel management, and automated broadcast messaging.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, rate-limit, or discontinue any feature within the DSMS suite as necessary to preserve overall system stability and security.

03

User Conduct & Obligations

Users and Guild Administrators must operate within strict legal and operational boundaries when using DSMS. You agree NOT to:

  • Use DSMS tools or Sentinel moderation features to bypass Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
  • Attempt unauthorized penetration testing, reverse engineering, API scraping, or DDoS attacks against DSMS infrastructure.
  • Deploy automated bots or scripts to manipulate analytics, spam public forms, or spoof user metrics.
  • Utilize DSMS to transmit malicious software, illegal content, or un-consented personal identifiable information (PII).
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities or misrepresent administrative authority will result in immediate API key revocation and permanent blacklisting across the DSMS network.
04

Sentinel Automated Moderation

The Sentinel subsystem utilizes real-time machine learning models and heuristic filtering algorithms to detect toxic behavior, spam, and security breaches inside registered Discord servers.

Server administrators acknowledge and agree that automated systems may produce false positives or false negatives. Server owners remain ultimately responsible for configuring appropriate threshold sensitivity, reviewing moderation logs, and handling member appeals.

05

Data Privacy & Telemetry

DSMS collects data strictly required to deliver administrative functionality and maintain security compliance:

  • Guild Telemetry: Server IDs, role structures, channel configurations, and aggregated message counts.
  • Audit Logging: Moderation action history, Sentinel trigger events, and administrator command executions.
  • Authentication: Discord User IDs, usernames, avatars, and OAuth access scopes (email addresses are never stored unless explicitly authorized).

Data stored within SQLite databases and session caches is encrypted in transit and protected via strict role-based access control. We do not sell or rent user telemetry to third parties.

06

Subscriptions & Payment Terms

Certain advanced telemetry modules and high-volume Sentinel thresholds require an active paid subscription tier (Standard, Pro, or Enterprise).

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions bill on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected tier.
  • Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable except where explicitly required by applicable law or service outage credits verified by DSMS engineers.
  • Tier Modification: Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing; downgrades take effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
07

Availability & SLA Disclaimer

While DSMS targets a 99.9% operational uptime for core bot clients and web management panels, services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service during scheduled system maintenance, upstream Discord API outages, unexpected network failures, or distributed denial-of-service events.

08

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DSMS developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Loss of server member data, chat history, or administrative configurations.
  • Unauthorized access to your Discord account or administrator tokens.
  • Actions taken by automated Sentinel enforcement algorithms within your server.
09

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DSMS dashboards, API endpoints, or Sentinel bot services at any time, with or without notice, if we detect violation of these Terms, abusive system loads, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, all active authorization sessions will be invalidated immediately, and cached guild tokens will be deleted.

10

Governance & Contact

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard legal protocols applicable to digital SaaS utilities, without regard to conflict of law principles.
